Refund Policy

1. Digital products

All products sold on BeatsByET (beats, beat packs, sample packs) are digital downloads. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available immediately after purchase and you have consented to this at the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for digital products that are immediately accessible after payment.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a refund if:

  • You were charged but did not receive access to your purchase due to a technical error on our end.
  • The product was materially different from what was described on the product page.
  • You were charged twice for the same product.

3. Memberships

Monthly and yearly membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days of a subscription period.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email contact@beatsbyet.com within 14 days of your purchase with:

  • Your order number or Stripe payment ID.
  • The email address used for purchase.
  • A description of the issue.

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
